MAXIS BROADBAND USER IN UIA GOMBAK. PLEASE READ THIS!
Important guys. I need ur help.
As far as every1 is concern, Maxis BB
surely is very problematic in our
campus. Considering our terrain and all.
Thus, I had consulted with them a couple
of times regarding the slow browsing and
inability to get true strength signal in
most mahallah.
Previously, my complaints thru maxis
were not taken seriously (which were
more than 20 calls). I then filed a
complain to the government thru Pasukan
Petugas Khas Pemudah Cara Perniagaan
regarding this problem and expressed on
being cheated and oppresed by maxis.
They contacted me and called maxis for
investigation. Maxis then is now sending
their agent to me to investigate on the
problems we encountered in IIUM.
I already have the evidence on my part.
So what I need is a little help from u
guys for a very quick survey to do and
report back to me. Hopefully maxis can
truly upgrade their service in our
campus for the whole benefit. Why i said
so? Coz i received lots of complaints
from all my frens who are using the same
service.
Even though I already graduated, but I
think, a little effort shud be taken by
someone for our future leaders to enjoy
the best service without being cheated
by these companies.

the status of your modem. Please give me
the numbers of all the signal
particulars from top to bottom (EXCEPT
UR IMEI and PERSONAL things). This is to
be submitted to the investigator.
5- Please verify on how frequent usually
your modem disconnect from the internet
automatically (ex.. every 20 mins)
6- Mahallah u r in

NOTE: I know some of you may say that,
"I don’t have any problem pun sepanjang
pakai maxis bb ni." But bear in mind
that U do have the problem sebenarnya.
If u r subscribing the package of
384kbps for example, u usually will get
less than 100kbps which is a total lost
for you. U paid for RM68++ per month but
received a disconnect frequently service
with slow speed and blocked p2p service.
That is so unfair. Therefore, what I
advise u to do is to help me in this so
that me and my buddies can try at least
to alert maxis to upgrade their service
in our campus. Remember that U have to
pay more than RM1230++ for this service
cos u r in contract with maxis for about
18 months (some were cheated coz they
weren’t told about the contract by the
maxis promoter. U cannot terminate or U
will be imposed a penalty to pay the
rest of the balance months.
I have done a quick study between maxis,
celcom, izzi etc…and agreed that to
invest in maxis (now) is a waste of an
awful lots of money. Why? Because the
the service standard is not up to the
payment u paid. Therefore, get your
rights and help me fight this. Thanks.
Hint: for those who are about to get a
broadband, Currently, I recommend
celcom. Ask me why.
